Who receives your information

RevV Adventure Club, Faisalabad, Pakistan, receives form submissions at its configured club mailbox. For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests, contact info@revadventure.com or call +92 370 1800181.

What the forms collect

The membership form collects your name, email, phone number, city, residence area, gender, emergency contact details, motorcycle details, a front image of your CNIC or driving licence, motorcycle photos, and agreement choices. Date of birth, occupation, blood group, and ride update preferences are optional. The contact form collects your name, email, phone, enquiry subject, message, optional registration number, and agreement.

Share only the documents requested. Make sure your emergency contact knows their phone number is being shared. Blood group information is self-reported and must not be relied on for medical decisions.

Why we use it

Organisers use this information to review membership applications, verify the information provided, respond to enquiries, coordinate rides, and contact your nominated person in an emergency. Club updates are optional and can be stopped by contacting the organisers. Submitting a form does not confirm membership or a ride booking.

How it is sent and stored

Submissions are sent by email to the club. Uploaded images are included as email attachments; this website does not publish an upload folder or maintain a membership database. The hosting service temporarily handles file uploads while processing a request. The club’s email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering these services. Email and backups may retain copies according to those services’ settings.

Only authorised organisers should access the club mailbox. The club should remove information when it is no longer needed. Contact the club to ask how long your application is retained, request corrections, or request deletion; any necessary retention exceptions will be explained by the organisers.

Cookies and spam prevention

Forms use a session cookie and a security token to protect submissions. The server keeps short-lived, hashed connection identifiers for rate limiting. These are not used for advertising. This site includes no analytics trackers or automatically embedded social media feeds. Visiting an external social or WhatsApp link is subject to that service’s privacy practices.

If the club enables Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, that service loads on form pages and validates your submission. Read Cloudflare’s privacy information for details. No identity documents are sent to Turnstile by the form handler.

Your choices

You can contact the organisers before sharing an identity image or optional health information. You can ask to access, correct, or remove information submitted through these forms, and withdraw optional ride updates. Contacting the club is also an alternative to submitting the online application.
